Sustainability Declaration - Qld

As of 1st January 2010 all residential properties in Queensland that are listed for sale are required to have a Sustainability Declaration form completed and this must be made available to the consumer.

To ensure compliance we have implemented the ability for the this information to be entered into our Listing Management feature. We have also updated our XML Feeds and this field has also been included in our Feeds to third parties where possible.

For a list of third parties we upload to
